Email Delivery

Currently, when ordering a pattern to be emailed, we must manually email the pattern to you (as a PDF). This should happen within a day or two. We will not charge your card until we email the pattern. When our friendly and helpful web developers get around to it, this process will be automated.

Shipping

There's no shipping charge for emailed patterns; all our pattern PDFs are made from 100% recycled electrons. If you'd like a printout, then select one of the "printed, mailed" delivery options. We will print the pattern on a color laser printer, and either fold it in thirds and mail it First Class (like an ordinary letter), or laminate the pages and mail it without folding, via USPS Priority Mail.

For beaded jewelry pieces, we ship by USPS Priority Mail, for $5.20 per order (not coincidentally, this is the postage fee for a flat rate box).

You will be notified by email when your order ships; your card is not charged until then.

Returns

Purchases that have been shipped (by email or physical mail) are final and may not be refunded. Contact us if you want to cancel an order prior to shipping.

Color Matching

Please note: There may be a slight color difference between viewing a pattern on a screen and the printed pattern. The printed colors may not match the colors of the beads you use.
